Bridge is a training management system that was implemented at OSU in 2018. Bridge is used for Critical Training, as well as other types of training at OSU. Bridge can deliver self-paced online training, and can also be used to track attendance in instructor-led classes. The apps you launch in Citrix Apps run on an OSU server. You have two options for saving and accessing files: Using the Citrix Receiver app, you can save to and open files from the local hard drive on your computer. Without the Citrix Receiver app, you will need to access your ONID home directory. If you are enrolled in a course that requires the use of SolidWorks, please use the methods below to access the software. Not for research related use. 1. Install “Citrix Workspace” from the Apple App Store. Only need to complete this step along with account setup the first time.

2. Open “Citrix Workspace” and select “Get Started”.

3. Enter “apphub.coeit.osu.edu” for the server URL and select “Continue”

4. Login with OSU University name.# credentials. You will then be presented with enabling “Touch ID” which you can proceed with or select “Not Now”, after you will be prompted to select a store. Choose “COEStore” and “Continue”. Login with OSU University name.# credentials a second time.

5. Select the + sign tab on the left edge of the screen.

6. Select + sign by your class or major image from the COEStore tab to add to the Favorite screen

7. Minimize tab and select your class or major image. A virtualized Windows desktop will appear for use on the iPad.

8. Ensure your data is saved to U: or remote drive and select “Sign out” from start menu after completing session.
